The two most common decoration options we provide are Embroidery and Screen Printing.
Embroidery
Embroidery is the preferred method of garment decoration for corporate and work wear clothing; it looks classy and wears well. Embroidery is suited to all types of clothing; shirts, polos, jackets, hooded tops and baseball caps just to name a few.
Screen Printing
Suited for casual garments such as tee shirts, sweatshirts or promotional clothing. This option is more cost effective for larger runs. The number of colors in your logo/design will determine setup and printing prices.
If you require other decoration options, please ask.
There are no minimum quantities for embroidered garments
For us to achieve the best possible results we require your artwork to be prepared in a suitable high resolution format. We accept artwork via email or on USB in the following formats: EPS, PDF, TIFF, PSD or JPEG at 300dpi with all fonts outlined. For artwork that will be printed, VECTOR file is the preferred format.
If you have had business cards or stationery printed for your company, your printers will probably have your logo in one of the above formats. Artwork saved as a Microsoft Word document or as a PowerPoint presentation or even on supplied on paper will have to be redrawn and artwork charges may apply
If you need to match colours to your logo or have specific colours in mind, please provide a Pantone reference numbers so that we can try to find a thread colour/print colour with a close as possible match. We use the Pantone solid coated guide for colour matching.
There are no setup charges to pay for repeat jobs.
Embroidered designs/logos:
In order for your logo or design to be embroidered it will have to be digitized. This essentially involves converting your image into a digital version so that it can be read by an embroidery machine.
Once you have approved your order, we will set up your logo using the file you provide and stitch out a sample for you to approve. You will receive an image via email that you can check and approve before any embroidery of your garments actually begins.
Printed designs/logos:
Screen printed samples are costly to produce and are not standard practice. Once you have approved your order, we will use the file you provided to put together a digital mock up for you. This will be sent to you via email for you to approve before any printing commences. This will enable you to review the layout of your design and the size it will be printed. Please note that our mock ups are used for illustration purposes only and provide a representation of the finished garment
